Timothy Chai is an Associate at Moscarino & Treu, concentrating his practice on business litigation, including medical malpractice defense, insurance law, and employment matters.
Raised in Cleveland, and a graduate of University High School, Timothy obtained his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from John Carroll University. He then earned his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was a Research Editor for the Law Review and an active member of the Asian and Pacific Islander Law Students Association. During law school, Timothy also worked for the Cleveland Municipal Court where he served as a Law Clerk and Mediator.
He joined the firm in January 2015 and has been most proud that the firm aggressively serves the needs of each client with integrity, efficiency, and ingenuity. Moving forward, his ongoing goals are to expand and deepen his legal knowledge, develop and maintain business connections, and foster meaningful relationships within the community. Outside of legal work, Timothy enjoys following Cleveland sports, and playing basketball and golf.
He is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and is a member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and Asian American Bar Association.
