John Moscarino is a civil litigation associate attorney at Moscarino & Treu. John has significant experience representing clients in lawsuits involving business disputes, breach of contract, medical negligence, and personal injury. He has successfully represented clients in trial court and on appeal.
John worked as a law clerk at Moscarino & Treu during breaks while attending Miami University (OH) where he graduated in 2011. While attending law school at University of Miami School of Law (FL), John was a member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review, volunteered to represent the wrongfully convicted with the Miami Innocence Clinic, completed a summer clerkship under Judge Donald C. Nugent in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and was employed at a plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in Miami, Florida. John joined Moscarino & Treu as an associate attorney upon passing the July 2015 Ohio Bar Exam.
John is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
